About Us

Since 2002, Channel Management International (CMI) has been brokering relationships between IT security solution manufacturers and end users via resellers and integrators across Canada. CMI represents selected vendors in many capacities, from training for resellers and clients alike to pre-sales support, marketing and post-sales maintenance.

CMI fulfills the needs of the client, the local reseller and the technology manufacturer by analyzing the Canadian market need for emerging technologies. We identify appropriate regional and local resellers to adopt and sell the technology. Most resellers have existing client relationships and enhance their clients’ services or reduce their residual risks with our technologies.  Client satisfaction is as important as the solution these resellers bring to their clients and CMI always keeps this mind.

CMI is headquartered in Canada’s National Capital Region, centered between 2 of the largest metropolitan cities in Canada - Toronto and Montreal where 75% of Canadian business opportunities exist. Ottawa, being the Canadian government centre, employs approximately 80% of the Government of Canada (GC) work force and houses the second largest Federal employee building in the world.
